This website collects personal data only when you contact us voluntarily: name, email address and the content of your message. Nothing further is required. The website has no user accounts and no visitor database.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry (availability, information about the homes, trip planning) and to follow up on our correspondence.
Legal basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering traveller enquiries, and on your consent when you contact us by email with a specific request.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for the website operator (Mahdi). It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Messages and associated data are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires longer.
Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08 and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data. Messages sent by email are processed by our email provider. No data is transferred to third-party services outside Morocco as part of running this website. Bookings and payments are handled by Airbnb, under its own privacy policy.

The processing of personal data carried out via this website will be declared in advance to the CNDP, in accordance with Law No. 09-08. The receipt number (récépissé) will be published on this page once issued.
